Awesome article! Thanks, Ben.

This is a notion that I would love to drill down deeper on. Because you know the really cool but really weird people I know and have met have not been at a conference or on Twitter or Facebook. I have had really influential, inspiring conversations with people who are disrupting the world happen at coffee shops, bars, or around a campfire.
I would add that a key facet of weird is that it has its full impact face to face, in a non-rehearsed environment.

Weird is better any day. Whenever my kids tell I'm weird I judge myself to be having a good day.

While I might read some Patterson and other factory books, I won't pay for them. I only pay for books that break a mold.

You can't have weird without risk.
