I will never think of "sbd" the same again.

Is it meant as negative feedback, or more a reflection that it is hard to motivate people out of their comfort zones? Non-participation can kill a new business - but how much of the onerous is on us to ask for the referral or coach our audience to provide it? Sometimes, those who like your work just need to be shown how easy it is to share it.

Most people don't know how to engage an opportunity to make it better or just plain lazy. It's easy, somewhat natural, to say something negative and put someone down. But to spin it around and help make it better requires commitment energy, and investment. Few step up for that kind of challenge. That's the kind of stuff that separates leaders and followers.
