The prevailing strategy in Dream Year is to build up to the dream in stages... to avoid unnecessary risk by creating alternative idea models. For example, starting a pop-up restaurant, rather than a permanent brick and mortar establishment. Pop ups are taking some interesting forms... like outdoor dinners in beautiful landscapes. Similar to Outstanding In the Field, which creates "farm dinners" in open fields. There's always a way. Always.
Wow. The pop-up dinner is a pretty neat idea. Could see it like the Taco truck story... build a following, post a Tweet or send a newsletter (or have a subscriber base of some kind), alert them and boom pow... they show up and the magic unfolds.
