which is why you keep creating

Good thoughts... I believe there is a tension that we live in as "producers and artists". Knowing what are doing today, maybe tomorrows mistakes. If we over analyze today...we lose out on the creativity that comes from making mistakes.

how do we prevent that demise? can we identify what's "wrong" and adjust it? or is it a part of the idea life cycle that we can't prevent?

This is an excellent thing to remember! (This is a really, really good thing to remember in marriage, as well.) :) It keeps you sharp!

it's a push toward humility, Katie. i think it's easy to get pridefully lazy about success. but if you always consider there 'could' be a weakness, it keeps you humble =)
