Is Baptism necessary for salvation. Can I be a Christian and not be baptised.

Billie, the Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 that we are saved by our faith, not by any good works, such as baptism. If we admit that we're sinners and accept Jesus' death on the cross as payment for our sins, that's all God needs to save us.

So yes, you can be a Christian and not be baptized. But baptism is like wearing a wedding ring to show the world that we've placed our trust in Jesus.
