Such interesting fluxes and changes in the ministry world...
- Vince Antonucci of Forefront Church announces that he's leaving to plant a church on the Las Vegas strip one year from now.
- Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin are partnering to start a new church in the Atlanta area... while 7:22 decides to call it quits.
- Craig Gross of XXX Church announces a new (actual) church in Las Vegas starting in 2009.
I love it. When people are listening to God, stuff like this happens. And it usually goes against the "better judgement" of other people. Following God is humanly irrational.
WOW! 7:22 Calling it quits!?!? =O Wow, interesting, I'm definitely going to follow that link!

i got all teary eyed watching that first one...about Vince starting a church in Las Vegas. i dont even know him, but hearing his pro-con list and hearing his wife's heartache, and hearing him finally resolving to go....man. how incredibly HARD! i cant imagine...but i have a feeling one day i may be called to do something like that and it scares me, you know?
thanks for posting this

I love the statement of "Humanly Irrational"...you need that mentality in order to find faith, belief, and purpose. Especially when getting involved in things that are bigger that you and your dreams. love it..

I'm constantly plagued with a sense of holy frustration. So I get stoked when I see things like this happen...
