Good for you! Taking a sabbatical is a very wise thing to do. Not only will you recharge, but your congregation will realize the ministry does not revolve around you.

Ben - Thanks for the update and the reminder of the importance of equipping others. In some ways, seeking to work oneself out of a job may be a faithful form of servant leadership. is awesome...remember how true that is...equipping the believers to do the work of the ministry...sometimes as pastors its easy to think we are the best communicators and we have to get out all the stuff we have ever felt God telling us...and even thinking that we are the only ones that can do it...It is good to see you are building people from within...not just bringing someone from the outside.
