Great insights. When we experience push back on change we ask ourselves and others; "Is it preference or principle?"

Hey bro, this is solid. I was forming a lesson on our leadership bias in the way we lead small groups and in the way we choose to communicate/teach (kinda like the idea that communicators need to develop styles that fit who they are). These ideas have direct correlation to MBTI stuff as well. The teaching point will drive towards a leader's need to understand a small group's needs at its current stage of development and to compare that to one's leader biases. I think its a similar idea except your post looks at it through a larger lens. I'm gonna quote you :) Thanks!

I've always wanted to write a book called "Guilty as S/N: How Personality Type Creates Biases" =)
