This morning's service at History was fantastic ~ we had a baby dedication for Andrew & Leah's baby Hugo, so they brought plenty of family members and friends. I was amazed at how intimate and purposeful the ceremony was by having it for just one family.
The best part about the service was that our most sought-after seeker (formerly an atheist), gave his life to Jesus Christ. That's what History Church is all about ~ befriending someone; walking through life with them, carefully professing Jesus until the heart becomes fertile; and then inviting a decision.
Now begins the best part: raising him up to do the same for others. Making disciples who can make disciples....
