Ben, your comment about the pastor and church plants really resonates with me. I led a church plant 6 months ago out of a church I was on staff with. Initially, it was supported, but as the plant gained momentum it was opposed and resisted. It was a sad thing to go through. But...God has blessed the new church. Last week, we had over 600 in worship. Also--your book "Church in the Making" really gave me the encouragement I needed to take the leap.
