Paul already planted Gateway Church in downtown Des Moines, but he isn't resting with what he's done. He is willingly entering a season of challenge through Dream Year to do all he can to impact Des Moines for Jesus. I heard him speak vision yesterday afternoon that will enrapture his whole community.
5. Kate Schmidgall - Washington, DC
Kate is a virtuoso web developer and designer who has a passion for the plights of hurting people throughout the world. She's creating a magazine in 2010 that will bring awareness to these issues in a picturesque way and offer a catalog of goods from those who are working their way out of poverty.
6. Mike Honywood - Japan
Mike is a brilliant professor of sensory engineering at a university in Japan. He's developed a new technology platform that turns videos into English training tutorials - which is a huge need. He wants to introduce videos with faith-based values so that it's not just for education, but spiritual impact.
