I help people launch great things. I'm the founder of Dream Year, The Whiteboard Sessions, and STORY in Chicago. I also wrote a book called Church in the Making. My wife Ainsley and I live in Virginia Beach and have 3 cowboys, Wyatt, Dylan & Cody.

My boy TK McKamy was in Nashville recently and saw a street-performer tearing it up freestyle on the streets with two cronies and a portable keyboard.

So TK - being the brilliant filmmaker he is - decides to give the guy a FREE music video that he can spread around to get gigs. What he came up with was totally spontaneous and amazing. And free. I'm about to start a TK fan club...
