So two people have told me about this check-list in the last week. The first was Roy McKinnon of Kaleo and the second was Mandy Campbell of Crimson Ink. You can get things two out of three ways...
Fast and Cheap... but not Good
Fast and Good... but not Cheap
Good and Cheap... but not Fast
What's your modus operandi these days?

Good 'n cheap all the way.

I work in Corporate America and this list doesn't quite match up to what I see. Oh sure the items are correct, and it varies on a leader-by-leader basis, but in the end they really don't give a rip about getting 2, or even 3 of the items listed.
My experience is that most decisions come down to one thing and its either "fast" or "cheap". They don't expect both. And "good" isn't even on the radar.

..which makes me wonder, is it really so different in the world of Ministry?
