Bad messages aren't always due to poor content. A lot of times, structure's the problem. One time after I spoke, one of the guys on my leadership team came up and said, "Ben, those were some good messages you gave up there." He had a strong likability factor going, so I wasn't offended, =) but I got his point.
Good messages have good fences.




Totally agree. My seminary professor used to talk about "landing the plane." I've been accused of "circling the airport" more than once.
