Dr. Elmer Towns once told my seminary class about a special generation of world-changers. There was a day when a young Billy Graham, Bill Bright [Campus Crusade], and Dawson Trotman [Navigators] sat around the breakfast table of Henrietta Mears [Gospel Light] in Bel Air, CA to dream about what God could do through them. The rest is history.
I really believe we're part of a special generation of pastors and church planters. I believe there are breakfast meetings and lunches taking place right now that are shaping the future of the church, of evangelism. Many of these people are friends. We'll see the fruit 10 years from now...




i agree ben...and i think the breakfast tables are much bigger now b/c of blogs and twitter...
