More specifically, how do you use the spreadsheet to dream? (I have an idea, but just curious.)

Well, great ideas have to be sustainable. So they have to satisfy financial goals as well as spiritual, artistic, or otherwise.
If you're really interested in hearing more about this, e-mail me and I'll spell it out.

Ben: Sounds good to me...although, I don't have your email address. Do you want to shoot me an email first?
Ps. Was going to meet you in person with Scott this past weekend, but I was unable to make it, because of prior commitments. Next time.
