I took a few days off with the fam to visit our new little niece in Va Beach... but stopped over at UNC Chapel Hill to attend a conference for theater directors. I'm a bit out of my element. The word "earthy" comes to mind. But one of my favorite parts about Catalyst is the experiential side. Don't get me wrong, I love the content. But we're moving away from calling Catalyst a conference; it's an experience. Besides, I'm an NT temperament. We go through life putting seemingly irrelevant tidbits into our "bag of knowledge."

Ben, if you include the above scene with the bear, I promise to come to Catalyst West ;)

Hey, B...
Glad you mentioned that you guys are beginning to call Catalyst "an experience." Wondering, though: has anyone mentioned that the creativity of the "in-between experiences" (between speakers) has been dimishing just a tad over the last couple of Catalysts (including this last one)? Don't know if this has been intentional. DON'T GET ME WRONG... Catalyst itself is still the bomb! But there was a big difference in the "in-between" stuf, if you compare this year to, say, '06.
Just my perspective. Still love you guys. And Lanny is still the man. ;-)
