- After months of waiting, we fiiiinally scored a HUGE get for Catalyst west. A speaker I've been dying to add... finally accepted.
- I'm hosting the church planter track at Catalyst Labs this year - still time to register to hear Mark Batterson, Jon Tyson, Dave Ferguson, and Ed Stetzer.
- Jon Tyson just changed the name of his church - Origins - to Trinity Grace Church. You know, we did the same at Reston Community Church. It was originally "History Church."
- Incidentally, Catalyst Labs - in and of itself - is actually becoming one of the largest ministry leader events in the country - but very edgy.
- Enjoyed coffee with Mr. Church Planters.com last week - Shawn Lovejoy. Was honored to get invited to speak at a breakout at this February's event.
- Someone in our company got this e-mail yesterday: "Ben (whoever he is) needs to learn protocol..." - ouch - But hey, I wouldn't be much of an Innovation Director if I didn't take some heat.
- Saw the newly printed Notezines for Catalyst yesterday - they look incredible.
