So have you asked your volunteers how they're doing?
Lately?
Because we've given them only two choices:
Keep doing what they're doing to avoid the appearance of backsliding.
Or leave.
And by the time they tell you, it's too late for you to do anything about it.
So ask them.
Now.
Especially the ones who are serving every week.
