Every time someone finds out I drive a truck, they say, "You don't strike me as a truck guy." And I don't think they mean this in a good way. =) So then I laugh and crush their car as I drive away. (j/k) But I drove a Honda Civic for the past 10 years, which was brought about by a) the guilt a church planter faces for driving anything nice, and b) for driving anything that would obligate me to pull the church trailer too. =) Now that I'm laity, it's time to get my monster on.

Thanks for crushing my car. How am I going to drive it now?

So what kind of truck? I have an 88 S-10 X-cab 4x4, which isn't quite the F-250 you have pictured, but it has done me fine over the years.

We definitely are different... I figure a church planter should drive a cool car! I just got a '79 Corvette! :)
I 'almost' got a Tundra, but also didn't want to steal the joy of carrying the trailer from anyone else!

Oh, I'm not surprised at all! I know exactly why you're a truck guy =) In fact, there is an F-150 almost exactly like the one in your pic in my brother's driveway at this very minute. He has driven a truck for a demo for 20 years. I've rarely seen him in a car.
BTW, have you heard the song "Every Girl's Crazy 'Bout a Pick-up Man?" (I think that's the title). It's hilarious, but some guys I know are just about that passionate about their trucks. I'll bet your little boys think that your truck is cool. Enjoy!
