Working at Catalyst has some surprising similarities to the NSA. You know those church lists that magazines put out every year?
Those are cute, but they already exist in the Cata-combs. It's like a 24-hour research and analysis center here. Let me put it this way, if you're doing anything that ripples the water in ministry, Catalyst has a file on you. =) In all seriousness, we do track quite a bit of movement, and I've been encouraging the team to share our knowledge. Our first release will probably be the top 40 ministry leaders under the age of 40. More to come...

i am pretty convinced this is true... i had a conversation about attending catalyst this morning with someone and then an hour later got a call from my catalyst concierge asking if i had any questions. are you guys listening in my office? hopefully not... most of the time you would just be bored.
