One of our 8 Whiteboard speakers, John Burke, is featured on Catalyst Conference's most recent podcast. John is pastor of Gateway Church in Austin... author of No Perfect People Allowed. Great interview about shaping a church culture to reach outsiders. John's "holy discontent" came about when he was leading a young adult ministry in California. None of the people they led to Christ actually came out to the church gatherings. It was too big of a cultural divide.
