My prayer life just got more exciting

So I signed up to become one of John Eldredge's intercessors, and I get these incredible, almost-daily e-mails from him describing preparations for their Ransomed Heart boot camp going on right now at Frontier Ranch in Colorado. John has this incredible way of painting each moment with the same sense of urgency as a scene out of Lord of the Rings. The impending blizzard sounds like a legion of orcs gathered for battle. The challenge of getting buses up the snow-covered drive sounds like hobbits ascending Mordor. I can't get enough of them. =) To share life - even vicariously - with someone who lives so passionately is such a refreshing thing.
