Donald Trump said, “I’ve fired people in all kinds of ways. I’ve given them a year’s worth of severance. I’ve helped them get a new job. I’ve given them contacts. And I’ve kicked them out the door without anything. The one thing I’ve learned through all this is that regardless of how you fire someone, they all hate you.”
So true... currently in the process of firing our music director. But sometimes we gotta be the bad guy.
