This was a lousy reading year for me. I poured myself into some oldie but goodies because, truth is, there just weren't any great books published this year. At any rate, here are the 10 best I read in 2007:
- Galley copy of Vince Antonucci's forthcoming book I Became a Christian and All I got was This Lousy T-Shirt.
- My yearly read of Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire by Cymbala
- Save Me From Myself by Brian "Head" Welch
- Making Vision Stick by Andy Stanley
- The Bible Code by Michael Drosnin
- Starbucked by Taylor Clark
- Wild at Heart by John Eldredge
- David: A Man of Passion & Destiny by Chuck Swindoll
- The Rise of Evangelicalism by Mark Noll
- David: 90 Days with a Heart Like His by Beth Moore

Nice list, but I must comment on number 10. In the spirit of the recent Bud Light ad campaign: "Dude."

I am just finishing "Chasing Cool" by Noah Kerner and it is good. Some choice words that are somewhat colorful are in it.
You might also want to read - "Fair Game" by Valerie Plame Wilson - the outed CIA agent. Interesting perspective
Also, "The Power of Nice" by Linda Kaplan Thaler & Robin Koval - simple ideas but we all need reminding.
