One of my favorite parts of organizing the Whiteboard Sessions in May is the glorious task of creating culture, designing the environment and the meticulous details that make an event like this truly powerful. For example, several years ago, my father attended John Maxwell's Living Leadership conference, where a professional artist was on-hand to translate presentations by heavy-hitters like Donald Trump and Michael Gorbachev into take-home illustrations for conference-goers. OK. Now I'm super excited for you guys. This would be an uber cool addition to a conference. :)
