Yesterday, a pastor was telling me about a McDonalds on the border of Chesapeake and Portsmouth, Virginia that was becoming run-down several years ago. The restaurant was dirty; the service was getting slower; and many people had decided to just stop going. One day, several businessmen walked in, ordered food together, and then waited with several other customers for about 20 minutes. They looked at their watches several times... and then walked briskly to the front of the lines. They dropped their briefcases on the counter, pulled out McDonalds hats and proceded to fire all of the employees on duty, taking over the store. I know there's a great moral here about fighting for core values, but I just thought it was a great story... =)

That is awesome. Those guys need to come to our McDonalds. Thanks for all of the entertaining and thought-provoking posts.
