Undersecretary of Guest Acquisition
Yesterday, I met over a bowl of soup with Scott Frigaard, who is going to become our new Undersecretary for Guest Acquisition (j/k)... who is going to become our parking, signage, and greeting team leader at the Town Center location.
For the past few years, Scott has done an amazing job leading our Road Crew, 
but we've seen his passion grow bigger for helping guests feel welcomed in the first 7 minutes of their encounter with our church. The sermon starts in the parking lot! Now that we have a new Road Crew leader, Scott gets to slide into this new role. And there is no one I'd rather have our guests meet first on a Sunday morning than Scott! There's a picture of Scott by the word 'charisma' in the dictionary.
Ben - We're reworking our whole set up and tear down process. Do you have someone at Reston I could talk with to hear how y'all do it? Thanks!

Casey, our new Road Crew leader is Jason Haskins, but he begins the role this coming Sunday. Until then, Matt Morgan, our worship pastor ultimately oversees all aspects of Sunday mornings. matt@towncenterchurch.com
