We've created a new role at the soon-to-be RCC called Community Concierge. 
It's an assimilation role but with ongoing personal care. One of our finest, Ally, is going to head up this new spot which helps people find small groups and ministry teams. However, because most people don't find their "sweet spot" on their first try, Ally will continue to help people thrive in the right group or team. I can't say enough about Ally's heart for people, particularly the unchurched. She's always got the someone's name on the tip of her tongue that she's praying for, inviting to church, engaging in spiritual conversation...
Who I AM
- I help people launch great things. I'm the founder of STORY and Dream Year. My wife Ainsley and I live in Virginia Beach and have 3 cowboys, Wyatt, Dylan & Cody.
