Mark Batterson has a great post today about internal conflict, which tears apart many churches and destroys pastors. He confesses, "Sometimes I feel totally spoiled because we've had so few internal issues at NCC." His challenge to church-goers is priceless.
What I love about Mark [which probably contributes to few internal issues] is that his likeability factor is off the charts!... He's the Ronald Reagan of church planters. And he's growing a great church with an extremely high attrition rate [DC staffers don't stay!].
Attrition can actually be healthy for a church. I love how Perry Noble put it... "Some people say we need to close the back door of the church. Are you kidding? The church is the body. You close the back door of the body, you end up with a constipated church. You need a Holy Spirit enema."

Have you seen the video of Benny Hinn's wife?

I loved Perry's quote. I heard him share that at the Wired Conference at Granger Community Church this year.
Eric's link to youtube nearly made me wet my pants... I can't quit laughing. Thanks for cheering me up today.
