It's official! Ainsley and I wrote a contract for our very first new home... well, condo/townhouse. It's due to be finished in September of 2007, so we've got a while to go. But hey, we're having a baby in September... so that'll kill some time. =) It's a gorgeous place... and God did some serious supernatural dealings to get us in... He provided a person of peace sales-person who broke all the rules and went out on a limb for us... a very, very, very minimal deposit [rather than the required $17k, which we didn't have]... and all of the closing costs were paid for. Un----only-God-could-have-done-this-----believable!

That's awesome, Ben! Good choice in going with Brambleton. It's gonna be the place to be in a year or two when the town center is complete. Did you guys go with the upper half or the lower half?
