History's organizational chart... in progress

Still under construction, this org chart offers a general overview of how our church is structured. Some areas, like youth, aren't developed out. Some areas, like small groups, are meant to be robust and expand. Also, I kept it at leadership level only. Now begins the hard work of writing role descriptions and training leaders to oversee particular areas. In fact, only half of these roles are currently being carried out by folks at History. We as a staff are scrambling to carry out the other half.
